Aerocamaras Especialistas en Drones volverá a ser pionera en el sector de los drones al emplear su AeroHyb, el multirrotor con mayor autonomía de vuelo del mundo, para realizar vuelos para garantizar la seguridad en el Rally do Cocido, prueba del campeonato de España. Esta será la primera vez que se empleará una aeronave no tripulada para inspeccionar un tramo en una competición antes del paso de los vehículos que participan en la carrera. El AeroHyb, que tiene la capacidad de mantenerse en el aire 7 horas de forma ininterrumpida, estará equipado con una cámara HD de 30 aumentos y transmitirá en directo la señal de vídeo al puesto central donde se ubicarán los responsables de la seguridad del Rally do Cocido. Así, estos podrán ver que la carretera está despejada de obstáculos y que todos los espectadores se encuentran en las zonas habilitadas para el público. Una vez que comprueben que todo está correcto gracias a las imágenes captadas por el AeroHyb, los responsables de seguridad darán el visto bueno para que empiece la competición. De no ser así, podrán acudir al punto exacto donde se produzcan irregularidades para intentar subsanarlas.
El gerente de Aerocamaras, Jaime Pereira, y los encargados de velar por la seguridad en el Rally do Codido presentaron este servicio pionero en la sede de la compañía de drones. Pereira destacó que “esta es la primera vez que se pondrá en marcha un sistema como este. Nuestro AeroHyb es la herramienta perfecta para ponerlo en marcha, ya que es capaz de mantenerse en el aire de forma ininterrumpida durante el transcurso de eventos de larga duración”. Por otra parte, el gerente de Aerocamaras también resaltó el amplio abanico de posibilidades que los drones tienen en el campo de la seguridad: “Permiten realizar tomas amplias y de alta calidad de imagen, facilitando así que no se escape ningún detalle a los responsables de mantener la seguridad en un evento. Además, nuestro AeroHyb puede equiparse con altavoces para dar avisos y con las mejores cámaras del mercado, tanto de alta resolución como termográficas, pudiendo así detectar focos de calor”.
Por su parte, los responsables de seguridad del Rally do Cocido se mostraron muy contentos de poder contar con el AeroHyb para velar por el correcto transcurrir de la competición. Estos apuntaron que “tan solo en el campeonato del mundo se hace algo similar, y se lleva a cabo con un helicóptero”. El uso de drones en este campo permite un importante ahorro de tiempo y costes en relación al helicóptero, ya que su preparación es casi inmediata y necesita menos recursos para volar.
